Moon Miner

“Moon Miner” is a retro-themed game by Dan “The Geek” Cogliano, written in CircuitPython for the Adafruit Fruit Jam. With a wink to the 1980s “Lunar Lander” arcade game, “Moon Miner” is a physics-based flight game of a rocket landing at moon locations picking up gems for points.

The Fruit Jam is a ‘credit card sized’ computer using the same Microprocessor as the Raspberry Pi. It contains a port for video (DVI), 2 USB ports, a speaker and several buttons and LEDs. In addition to CircuitPython, emulators have been ported onto it, including emulators for Nintendo NES, Doom, Zork Z-Machine and the original Apple Macintosh.

“Moon Miner” is now available! Check out the learn guide below to get started on setting up and playing the game on your Fruit Jam.
